Approximately 3-7% of use males have committed or attmepted to commit a ****.
There are 60.4 million males aged 18-50 in the US. That means 1.8-4.2 million males in the narrow age range are rapists. Not to mention a ****** president who is 79 years old.

But it's the transgender people who have you losing sleep.

My buddy has a cabin in Oregon by one of rivers. He lamented to me a few years ago that he paid 100s of thousands for his cabin and all these homeless people moved in, threw up a tent and have even better views for free.

Mine is not an opinion. It's verifiable fact already confirmed by experts, repeated by me.
His is an opinion that is discredited with a simple single question.

Kind of how the scientific method works.
If you make an all-encompassing declaration, but there is at least one exception, then your declaration is false.

For example, stating "Abortion is not banned in Florida.", is false since abortion after 6 weeks of pregnancy is banned. The exception invalidates the stated rule.
