So we're going to credit him with something good that happened while Biden is president, but give him a pass for bad things that happened while he was president?

If he's such a huge influence when he has no power in government, why didn't he exert the same influence as POTUS? Why didn't he exert it for the past four years?

Higher backlog under Biden shows the government isn't doing shit at any appreciable speed. I have no problem crediting Biden for being slow as cold molasses.

Of course Trump exerted influence/power while out of office. He clearly was in charge of the 2022 platform and ensured only "stolen election" candidates got nominated. Trump is currently shaping the political landscape and people are reacting, including world leaders and yes, even local politicians. You're welcome to deny it all you want.
