Ohhh, so you're talking about gatherings where men just walk up to women and grope them or kiss them, without having to get any type of indication that it's OK. Kind of like a hooker party, or maybe an Epstein Island gig.
Got it.
Poor repressed Rob, never been invited to after hours parties. Poor fella.
You tried this ploy before. And you were never able to show an example of my "incorrect" use. Even other members here said you got it wrong.
One of the most misused words in English. "Ironic". I did actually show a couple of examples to you in fact. Just because your ego makes you speak from ignorance does not mean I didn't provide you with examples.
So, you thought it ironic that I didn't follow your command. What is ironic (i.e. unexpected; happening in the opposite way to what is expected).
Why would you expect me to follow your command on this forum? Did you become a moderator recently?
Nobody commanded you to do anything Rob. You are the only person here who demands and commands things.
That is in effect telling someone how they should decide a case. There's guilty, and not guilty. If they tell him he shouldn't rule one way, then they are in effect telling him to rule the other way.
What justice told him he should rule not guilty before he handed down his decision?
What justice told him what the fines should be before he handed down his decision?
This is an interesting tangent to the appeals court allowing the bond to be reduced for no apparent reason other than it being demanded by the attorneys.
Who said he was told to "rule" one way or the other. You see what you do? You don't have all the answers so you begin making shit up. Just move on. You have no idea what you are talking about when it comes to this case.
Yes, you can claim your jalopy Elantra is worth $150,000 all you want. Maybe some fools will believe you.
.But when you put that number on a financial form to get a loan against the value of the car, it becomes fraud under the legal references I gave you. You don't get to use beliefs or feelings as a factual value.
In case you forgot, it's covered by 18 U.S.C § 1014. You can read the law here. It's a bit wordy: https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/1014
Why would I get a loan on a car I already own?
It's also why you can't take a $750,000 loan on a house that is worth $68,000, unless you can show the difference is going to be spent directly on the house/property. And even then, they'll limit the loan to the value THEY can get out of the property if you default on the loan.
That's mortgage fraud, also covered under 18 U.S.C § 1014.

Political leaning has NOTHING to do with banking laws, financial fraud, etc. When you commit fraud and get caught, the judge doesn't say "I am a right-winger, so I will give you a pass on this one. Keep the money and eff the bank". Nor does a bank say "Hey, you like Biden? Cool! Just sign here and we'll loan you $500K to buy a house that doesn't even exit on that empty lot in downtown Detroit".
Listen RobGMN, you can argue all you want about laws you don't understand but that doesn't make Trump at fault for anything. Was he given the loans for the values given? If yes then the banks are at fault for not assuring those figures were correct. By the way, did he pay those loans back?
You really need to let go of that whole "far left" mantra when it comes to discussions like this. Saying the existence and enforcement of law is a "far left" concept really makes you sound terribly unintelligent.
Since I never made that statement I guess I am just fine huh Robbie?
I'm sorry I didn't hold your hand and walk you through it step-by-step so you could easily understand the reference.
The reason I mentioned the housing crisis of 2008 was that it involved (very simplified explanation) mortgages that exceeded the value of houses.
When the mortgage exceeds the value of the house and there is default, the bank gets f*ked. That is a bad thing.
Getting a loan based on an inflated value of the collateral is not only illegal, but it can end up having pretty big ramifications.
Really not relevant to the situation at hand which is nothing more than apparently a violation on paper. Ohhhh so he pays a fine and all these witch hunters get to go eat shit huh lol.
Were you able to follow along and comprehend, or are you still confused by false valuation on a financial document?
Sad that this is all you people could come up with in 7 years.

Poor repressed Rob, never been invited to after hours parties. Poor fella.
Hooker parties? No, never had a need for that.
Did you smack them around too, or was that just for family and relationships?
One of the most misused words in English. "Ironic". I did actually show a couple of examples to you in fact. Just because your ego makes you speak from ignorance does not mean I didn't provide you with examples.
And yet you keep trying, after even your most recent demonstration that you don't understand the word.
Hint: Pretty much NONE of the stuff in the song is actually ironic. Don't use it as a reference point.

So once again: Why do you consider it unexpected that I didn't follow your command?
Does ANYONE here think I WOULD follow it? Have I ever followed it before? Do you feel there is some reason I WOULD?
Nobody commanded you to do anything Rob. You are the only person here who demands and commands things.
Au contraire. You very clearly told me what to do.
Who said he was told to "rule" one way or the other. You see what you do? You don't have all the answers so you begin making shit up. Just move on. You have no idea what you are talking about when it comes to this case.
It is a judged job to "rule" on a case. You said he was told in advance what to do by the appellate court. That is telling him how to "rule".
ruling - A ruling is an official decision made by a judge or court.
So, what exactly did the Appellate Court tell him to "rule" before he handed down his decision?
Why would I get a loan on a car I already own?
I guess you never of people getting a loan to buy a used car?
But of course, you are just diverting to avoid the fact that it's illegal to misrepresent an asset value on financial paperwork, per multiple Federal laws.
Something you were not aware of until today.
Something that Trump did. A lot.
Listen RobGMN, you can argue all you want about laws you don't understand but that doesn't make Trump at fault for anything. Was he given the loans for the values given? If yes then the banks are at fault for not assuring those figures were correct. By the way, did he pay those loans back?
Laws I don't understand but easily pointed out to the guy who didn't even know they existed. The guy who thinks you can just inflate the value of an item when it is collateral for a loan or the basis of a loan to buy that item.

The guy who thinks he can value a CAR at any price he wants when getting a loan to buy the car, or using it as collateral against a loan. "If it is MY property I can say its value is whatever I want it to be. The value of my personal property is not up to anyone else."
Because, you know, no one has ever taken out a loan to buy a used car.
Since I never made that statement I guess I am just fine huh Robbie?

Really not relevant to the situation at hand which is nothing more than apparently a violation on paper. Ohhhh so he pays a fine and all these witch hunters get to go eat shit huh lol.
"A violation on paper"? Well, that's pretty much what ALL financial crimes are. Are you new?
Prisons are rife with people who only committed crime "on paper". Crimes that were for far less than $500 million dollars.
here are a few: https://www.sigtarp.gov/financial-institution-crimes-fines-database-bankers-traders

https://www.irs.gov/compliance/crim...m-in-texas-puts-financial-criminals-in-prison Attorneys from the Western, Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas to prosecute them. There were 144 CI cases sentenced in 2023, with criminals not just going to prison, but paying nearly $43 million in restitution and $2 million in fines.
Sad that this is all you people could come up with in 7 years.
And in three years, "you people" can't even come up with accusation against Biden, much less any evidence that could be used in a court hearing or an impeachment.
Once trump bragged about inflating the value of his assets and they started looking into him, they found the crime, the evidence, and were in front of a grand jury in 2 years. In less than another 2, they had a conviction.

Things go faster when you are dealing with someone as dirty as Trump, I guess.

Hooker parties? No, never had a need for that.
Did you smack them around too, or was that just for family and relationships?
There you go again, hating me because you are not me.
And yet you keep trying, after even your most recent demonstration that you don't understand the word.
Hint: Pretty much NONE of the stuff in the song is actually ironic. Don't use it as a reference point.
I am not even trying to prove you wrong anymore at this point Rob. No matter what ANYONE tells you even if it proves you wrong you will find some way to say it never happened.
So once again: Why do you consider it unexpected that I didn't follow your command?
Does ANYONE here think I WOULD follow it? Have I ever followed it before? Do you feel there is some reason I WOULD?
What does dog shit taste like?
Au contraire. You very clearly told me what to do.
You going to go back 150 post and 40 threads to prove I did at one point "tell you what to do"?
It is a judged job to "rule" on a case. You said he was told in advance what to do by the appellate court. That is telling him how to "rule".

450+ million dollars ordered by this judge... why do you think that was reduced Rob and who reduced it.
I guess you never of people getting a loan to buy a used car?
But of course, you are just diverting to avoid the fact that it's illegal to misrepresent an asset value on financial paperwork, per multiple Federal laws.
Something you were not aware of until today.
Something that Trump did. A lot.
Here you go, being ignorant again.
Laws I don't understand but easily pointed out to the guy who didn't even know they existed. The guy who thinks you can just inflate the value of an item when it is collateral for a loan or the basis of a loan to buy that item.
I didn't make that statement.... here you go again, making shit up so down the road you can claim this is what was said by all parties.
The guy who thinks he can value a CAR at any price he wants when getting a loan to buy the car, or using it as collateral against a loan.
Jesus Christ, stop making shit up you bold face liar. You're comical at this point.
"If it is MY property I can say its value is whatever I want it to be. The value of my personal property is not up to anyone else."

So why then is Trump not in Jail if he "broke the law"?
And in three years, "you people" can't even come up with accusation against Biden, much less any evidence that could be used in a court hearing or an impeachment.
What kind of sheltered hole in the wall do you live in or do you just ignore ANY and ALL things that put the left in a bad light?
Once trump bragged about inflating the value of his assets and they started looking into him, they found the crime, the evidence, and were in front of a grand jury in 2 years. In less than another 2, they had a conviction.
I am sure that is what happened.

Your math is off again professor. 7 years is longer than 15 months.

No. I hate you because you abuse women. I have no desire to hit women. We are not the same, and I have zero envy of your pathetic life.
I am not even trying to prove you wrong anymore at this point Rob. No matter what ANYONE tells you even if it proves you wrong you will find some way to say it never happened.
You never tried before. You just continued to claim I was wrong, and your personal beliefs were right.
If you had at least TRIED, I might give you credit.
What does dog shit taste like?
I'd guess like your fingers, but have no idea.
You going to go back 150 post and 40 threads to prove I did at one point "tell you what to do"?
It was probably less than ten posts ago. Put down the bottle. It's affected your memory.
450+ million dollars ordered by this judge... why do you think that was reduced Rob and who reduced it.
They Appellate Court allowed him to put up a PORTION of the bond (not a reduction of the bond, dummy) before the judge found him guilty of fraud and the bond was set?
Interesting. When did this happen?
Here you go, being ignorant again.
See above.
I didn't make that statement.... here you go again, making shit up so down the road you can claim this is what was said by all parties.
It wasn't YOU who posted this incorrect claim? "If it is MY property I can say its value is whatever I want it to be. The value of my personal property is not up to anyone else."
Was it the frog in your pocket? Must be, because it came up under your user name.
Jesus Christ, stop making shit up you bold face liar. You're comical at this point.
Yeah, I "made up" these words in your post. Right after I invented the internet: "If it is MY property I can say its value is whatever I want it to be. The value of my personal property is not up to anyone else."
Or did you not know a car can be your personal property, and thus were not talking about a car?
So why then is Trump not in Jail if he "broke the law"?
is this a serious question? Sounds like something a 5-year-old would ask.
I'm going to assume you are not that stupid that you need an answer.
Do you?
What kind of sheltered hole in the wall do you live in or do you just ignore ANY and ALL things that put the left in a bad light?
What exactly does that have to do with your belief that a Federal Law about financial crimes has a political belief attached to it?
The law says it is a crime to make false declarations on financial documents (like a loan application). You somehow spun off on the idea that it's "far left" to require a car's value to be in line with the loan given for it.

How is that a "far left" concept?

how is it a "far left" concept that Trump broke said law by overstating the value of his property when using it to get financing?

I am sure that is what happened.

Your math is off again professor. 7 years is longer than 15 months.
Sorry, kid., But 2019-2021 is only two years.
Trump made a public statement in 2019 that he overvalued his proprties. That resulted in the investigation that uncovered the FACT that he indeed DID overvalue them in order to get money from banks. That's illegal.

The investigations were opened in 2020 and it was 2021 when it was already in front of a Grand Jury. Between his CFO and his son Eric, there were over 1,000 invokings of the 5th Amendment. You know, because "nothing happened".
His CFO pleaded guilty and took a deal to testify against the organization for a reduced sentence. You know, because "nothing happened".
They valued his building at $527M to potential lenders, but declared it worth $16.7M for tax purposes. Becasue that's just "good business" and not "tax fraud".

And then he was found guilty of fraud. because, you know, "nothing happened".

Seriously kid, the more you defend him, the worse he looks. Each defense attempt ends with a ton more info about how dirty he really is being posted.

Id love to see him bring the bond over in quarters 🤣🤣🤣
He couldn't afford the trucking because, you know, he's "broke".
Maybe he could get his sycophants to donate the money to transport the quarters.
Or maybe just ask them all to donate the $456 million. Because, you know, he's "broke".
