I don't care if it is a court opinion or a personal opinion. It's an opinion.
Good lord. The "sledgehammer" has a chipped head and a broken handle.
opinion
With respect to law, “opinion” primarily refers to a judicial opinion, which is a
court’s written statement explaining the court’s
decision for the
case. The opinion usually contains the following elements: name of the
judge who wrote the opinion, statement of facts, the legal
issues implicated, the court’s rationale and
holding, and
dicta.
Some common legal phrases that use the term “opinion” include:
- “Majority opinion” is a judicial opinion that is joined by more than half the judges deciding a case.
- “Concurring opinion,” or concurrence, is the separate judicial opinion of an appellate judge who voted with the majority. Concurrences explain the appellate judge’s vote and may discuss parts of the decision in which the appellate judge had a different rationale.
- “Dissenting opinion,” or dissent, is the separate judicial opinion of an appellate judge who disagreed with the majority’s decision explaining the disagreement.
- Unlike most judicial opinions, an “advisory opinion” is a court’s nonbinding statement interpreting the law.
- “Per curiam opinion” is a judicial opinion issued under the name of the deciding appellate court. Thus, unlike most judicial opinions, per curiam opinions do not identify the judge who wrote the opinion.
- “Plurality opinion” is a judicial opinion that received the most votes of any opinion but not enough to be the majority opinion.
- “Opinion evidence,” as outlined in Rule 701 in the Federal Rules of Evidence, is witness testimony based directly on the witness’s own thoughts, beliefs, or inferences.
- “Expert opinion,” as outlined in Rule 702 in the Federal Rules of Evidence and as opposed to opinion evidence, is testimony by an expert witness: a witness who possesses specialized knowledge, skill, experience, training, or education.
You poor confused Kamala voter.
Quite the strong support of your argument there, kid.
Getting closer to the
"I'm rubber, you're glue" defense.
I have never said that. I said I can't convict someone of **** having not seen it happen. Not on a person word that it happened. People lie. Why can't you keep that in your head? Many things happen that I don't see. I didn't see the building of the Statue of Liberty but there she is.
Who said anything about ****?
Got something on your mind you want to tell us about? Guilt? A plan?
Show me the plan and prove he wrote it.
What plan? YOU brought it up, claiming there was no plan; it was all in his head.
I said one COULD have existed, not that one DID.
So, where's your proof that he never wrote a plan?
It was YOUR claim, not mine.
Where the **** did you get that? Could be mass hysteria. You know, like the far left has towards Trump.
So a mass hysteria that you accept as fact without witnessing what the masses are hallucinating.
But even though Trump was convicted of felonies, they didn't happen unless I witnessed them?
Way to fail at spinning.
Well they probably know how to spell know. Ironic that you spelled it wrong lol
Explain the irony.
We call it gravity. Who knows what it really is.
It's nothing. It doesn't exist since you never discovered it.
You should leap out a 9th story window to prove it.
That's twice you have misspelled believe. Are you in need of sleep?
I'm not a good typist. I transpose letters in the effort to type faster.
You do realize you are the one creating this narrative that I don't understand math. I actually know quite a bit of math as I had to use it a lot in my formulas.
Yet a simple average threw you for a months-long loop.
You can't understand that a calendar-year total cannot be calculated until the calendar year has ended.
You think 99.4% of a population can't be vaccinated.
You think if you walk into the average home, you will see 1/3 of a child somewhere.
You think an annual total of something has nothing to do with math.
You think that to determine a majority of items, you can't do it with 90, you have to have 100.
You think nominal price is the ONLY thing relevant when discussing price history.
And so on.
Do you feel like splitting people into classes like you do is healthy for America?
Ahhhh, that time travel thing again.
That time I traveled centuries into the past to create class structure.
I did it to make Trump look bad, you know.
When it happens I will be happy to.
I highly recommend holding your breath until it happens.
It may take a bit... it was like a week ago when I read the actual information that proves they had to turn misdemeanors into felonies to convict Trump because they didn't actually have anything worth convicting him for. Not to mention the tampering of the jury and improper judge decisions.
A "misdemeanor", huh? Wow, that time traveler is GOOD. And your "Harvard lawyer" is not so good.
The law on record in 2014 says it's a FELONY:
www.nysenate.gov
BTW - The appeal that was heard back in June had no reference to the supposed "change'' from misdemeanor to felony.
And it was filed after sentencing, which usually means it will be summarily dismissed.
But since Trump owns the SCOTUS, who knows what rules they'll break for his benefit?
It's a fact that Eddie Van Halen is dead. A cruel fact, because we lost a great guitarist and musician, and his family lost him.
Facts can be cruel. But the cancer didn't kill him just to spite humanity. Cancer has no feelings. It just is.
cruel - causing pain or suffering. "the winters are long, hard, and cruel"
If you don't think being shredded by a shark is pain and suffering, then go for it.
But cruel.
