I suppose I should clarify that SQL stands for Sound Quality League.
But even in SQ, they put you on the meter. Everyone likes to leave out small details like that.
I know some of the guys that say that I actually like (well, one JimJ). Anyway, I think it is silly to take that position b/c if a term shares a common meaning between the speaker and the listener then it has meaning. And yes, I have a pretty good idea what someone is saying when they say, I want an SQL sub. (SI MAG, FI Q, not IDQ or an L7).

That's just on SSA because they like to be egotistical. It's a class in MECA...which they also point their noses at.
Because SSA gets basically no traffic, they come over here. Seriously, we have more posts in an hour than they do in a day.
Its not something that they point their noses at.

SQL isnt a real term when refering to woofers.

What would it stand for "Sound Quality Loud"?

Class starts tomorrow. I really don't want to go back to school. Having too much fun here.

On the other hand, I will get continue my lifestyle of drinking excessively and being able to walk home, smoke, and go to a free gym.

I'm sure that it has.
But, give me an example.
Open the dictionary to any random page and take your pick.

Yes, it is not an actual abreviation, but I understand it to mean a sub that can get loud while maintaining decent SQ. A compromise. I doubt that meaning is substantially different than the meaning given to it by others that use the term. (Not that I actually go around saying it that often, if ever).

I believed him.

I just wanted an example.

Im not one that points there noses at the term. I just dont use it.

The key thing was the risk of cutting wires. Right now they are excessive, in the case of future installs may need the length. However, it looks kinda ugly doing it like that. If I cut everything to length, then I will have to rebuy wire if I change things around.
Yeah, my wires are extra long because of that as well.
