dbfan, what do the fish oil pills do for you(like you specifically)? When I was reading a lot about gaining weight, they said that should be one of the things you take. Arent you trying to lose?

Fish oil is good for a couple different things. I take it to kind of help out my vascular system and it seems to help my bowels out a little since I eat mostly chicken and tuna.
