I am hoping this 4% re-fi thing gets put in the stimulus package. I hope they put it so that people may not have to have the 20% down like normal due to declining home values. I wouldn't be the target oft hose they are trying to help, but I am hoping I can get on that gravy train.

Well, here's what will happen.

If I can get out of this ARM, especially at 4%, I will have more free cash flow and able to take higher risk. A $800/mo mortgage gets cut down to $500...that/s $300 extra per month I can spend. If enough people do it, they will need to hire someone...someone like you.

Now, because I am in an ARM, I have to hoard more cash than usual because of the risks.

Indeed. Funny you said that though. As soon as I read your post I recieved a txt from a chick that wants to take me out and pay for EVERYTHING. weird.
