IMO, I don't care if the deal was on another site. It still reflects on you and ultimately CA to allow a perceived scammer to go on about as if everything is alright. I personally wouldn't allow him to post under any name until his deal is full rectified. That is just my 2 cents.

Note that I said perceived scammer. I don't personally feel you had intent to scam. Outside of CT and CA though to anyone familiar with the deal you are labeled a scammer. Hence the perceived.
