Welp, I managed to do it again.

Got a call from my realtor on Friday morning telling me that she got the selling agent to pay for cleaning the pool. So I was all Wo0t!

I show up at the new house on Friday, watch the people unpack the truck and sure enough, a pool guy shows up about half way through the day. He crusies around to the back of the house and BLAM! Starts cleaning the pool dropping all kinds of shit in it.

I didn't have to lift a finger our break out the wallet. Even got a new R2D2 guy that scoots around the bottom of the pool out of the deal.

+1 for getting other people to do your manual labor.
