Serious question.
I am writing a letter to HR at a company. I am looking for a new job and am hoping for a supervisory or mid-lower management role as i will need that experience for my MBA. What should i include to help me secure that spot. Also, how should i explain leaving my current company (home depot) without sounding like i am outright jumping ship? I have inquired for full time or part time work (part time-stay with HD and hopefully work my way up at the new place). Any serious input welcome.
My hopes are that i can develop with the company and stay for a while. I was going to do that at HD, but the store i transferred to is an utter mess. The manager isn't half what the one at the other store was (or so it appears). The whole store is a ******* wreck. Too many operational and moral issues to even begin listing. Nobody wants to start at the bottom to work on the issues, but i digress...
