Because girls I see/interact with you prefer an assembly line worker at Nissan making $35k/yr living "simply" verus a guy who works as a financial anaylst with basically no ceiling on income, educated, interested in politics, etc. My supervisor told me that I really need to find a woman who would push me to my potential, as in really moving to Chicago, or really taking out a $20k loan to do options trading for real, etc.
However, when I meet girls and just trying to mess around with them, I try to act normal. I invent stories of debt and other things to make me seem regular. I think the girls see through it though. Being myself is full of fail with these girls. I do believe there are some girls out there somewhere where we can create a "partnership" where we push each other for success. I do not know where they are. Maybe I will meet one in Starkville with DH.

My plan, if anyone asks, is that I am a undergrad who is taking those classes for students who aren't "ready" for college. Maybe I am taking "Reading", "Math", and "Science". I am trying to recall what those classes are called.

I guess the perception is that if you are living simple working a blue collar job and middle to low class, you have more character and have been through more, than a tight *** white collar know it all.

Comparatively, yes. Many of my friends live in trailer parks. Some with their parents in trailer parks.
However, I don't have cable, internet, or a phone that can take pictures.

I am still mulling letting the house go into forclosure so I can get a better rate. It will be higher risk, I guess I need to see what kinds of rates these others are getting. My house has appreciated since I bought it, so I am not sure if it will work.

i doubt youll get help. only one lender is doing it so far right? what happens if they never get to you, because a lot of other people have the same idea?
