Is your phone capabe of transmitting photos, or better yet drwaings? If so, you could sit inside, doodle up a little drawing of them trimming the hedges or whatever, and you have broken the language barrier.

indeed. need to borrow it again this next weekend to finish everything, crap was so bad i couldnt even see the edge of the sidewalk and my driveway, now that i got the stuff cut back to where i want it i need to actually edge it, it got too dark on sunday to finish.

Talking about Zoning codes with my boss and I told her about my dad.
So my dad had a shed in our back yard, looked like a barn. Thing was massive. The shed set 6' away from the fence, Zoning said it must be 10' or more away from any structures (fence). Gave us 30 days to move the shed.

What does my dad do? He goes out and moves the fence back 4'. LOL Took a whole 20min.

my hispanic neighbor across the street saw me trying to edge my yard sunday using my weed eater, he came over and let me use his edger, told me anytime i need to borrow anything for my yard to let him know (i think he runs a yard care business so he has everything)

Nope, he doesn't know.

I went home to see my parents this weekend and my dad showed me the eviction notice he had ready. Dude still hasn't fully paid his rent for this month. Is supposed to have it Thursday.

I am about to have to have a serious talk with him, and it is going to piss him off..oh well..

When he moved in he had no bed..I gave him an air mattress, and said he could sleep on the futon for a bit until he got a bed. Fastforward two months....He has movevd the futon out of my living room into his room..He first moved it in there when he had a chic stay over..The last thing I want is people fking all over my futon. Well too late..Now he is sleeping on it in his room. Gonna have to tell him the Futon is LIVING ROOM FURNITURE, not his room. If he wants one, buy one. Also going to have to tell him to tone his voice down past 10:30 PM..And quit shutting doors so hard in the morning waking us up..And to clean my grill after he uses it..
