the attorney would have to file a Motion for Order to Show Cause and "you" would have to show "good cause" as to why you didnt show up for court as directed by the subpoena

I would listen to the courts well before I listen to a professor, but thats just me. Like I said an attorney would have to motion for cause first. If judge finds reason to be just cause then nothing will happen. If not he will put your pastey *** in jail for a day or 2 LOL. Depending on the reason for showing it could have no recourse at all, but I wouldn't play lol.

I really have no choice but to go, but it's retarded there is no makeup tests allowed. I e-mailed the instructor and explained so I'm hoping she'll let me take it early since I gave such an advanced notice.
