I am glad they don't let me post. That guy is foolish. Although not an investment for me, as I use other investment opportunities....but to say no one should invest in real esate is asini. Perhaps they should invest in tulips or the south sea co?

I agree that I don't think of my home as an investment first. However, you and I both take into consideration such factors as whether it will appreciate or depreciate. Turning a profit may may not be at the front of our minds, but these considerations are taken into account. I think we probably look at it more in terms of not making a bad investment.

Pretty much.
I think there should be a grade higher than an A so I can have something to strive for. I made a 100 in my international trade class.
