I don't know exactly how to select one. I have a brochure from the lady who sold a house to my parents. I may ask her because I do not know where to start.

your broker didnt suggest one? I dont know what to tell you, the last houses in Bmore were bought differently, we didnt have a real estate agent. When I was looking in FL the broker suggested one person and i got a list of houses from the net , from MLS, just so happened that when I requested more details on a few of the hiouses a real estate agent contacted me and took me around, he worked out well.

It was strongly reccomended that I opt for 2 baths vs. 1.5. Although I am cool with my friends, I am not strong on the idea of sharing a shower.
