Yes please. My ex gf has MS. It is okay if the get to it early. She is on an injection called rebiff. I can go into more detail about my experiences if you are interested. The spinal taps they do for testing made me almost cry.

What she first noticed as a symptom is her leg felt heavy and hard to move. Then it progressed into something like her leg being a sleep. She had trouble walking because her foot did not tell her brain when it touched the ground. She stumbled quite a bit and MTSU's not so level ground didn't help. She also had trouble standing for long periods. The problem isn't the initial control but more about the feedback, if you will. When you touch something, there is a signal that let's you know that you touched it. She doesn't get that response.
Currently, she does fine battling her MS, but I have not talked to her since August. I hope she is still doing okay.
Something she will battle until she dies is periodic episodes. Where the MS strikes or whatever (think periodic like an asthma attack) she then loses control over her legs. When this occurs, she is down for a day and has to take a steroid injection. The problem with the steroid injection is two-fold, a) they are less effective each time and b) the higher the dose makes it hard on the kidneys. Eventually, there will get to nothing they can do and she will probably end up losing her eyesight. I am going to stop now for a second because I feel like a terrible, selfish person for leaving her. But I will respond later with any followup questions.
