yes. why you shouldnt buy HID kits?they have a reason why you shouldn't buy pre-fabs. I'll send you the link if you want to read through it //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif
basically he is saying theres a right way and ahalf *** way. But most people wont know and cant tell the difference. Kind of like car audio. Oh well.http://www.fullsizechevy.com/forums/general-discussion/exterior-tech/274845-hid-upgrade-right-way.html
come to think of it, maybe he was just talking about people replacing the bulbs. I dunno I don't feel like re-reading it all again. Here is the build log though. It looks fucking beautiful. The light color, how much light output he actually got. Just amazing.
itll workWell thing is, my friend has a 8000k kit that he will sell me for $50, but its a 9004 size kit and the bulbs for my low beams are a 9006. I don't know if it could work somehow or not.
Id get the kit and then get a new housing. If that. Ive already seen how they look on devilles and stss. Looks decent to me.I will admit he is right about a lot of things though. A lot of people don't aim the correctly and that's why folks think people have their brights on when they don't. The other thing is most have to much glare, where as he as you can tell, doesn't. He makes good points but whether it's worth it or not to do that DIY...meh.
