The strawberry is good. last time I went to vitamin shoppe they didnt have any of the good flavors, cookies n cream and banana and french vanilla or some shit.

all my meals are spaced out every 3 hours, and 600-700 calories a meal so i get my days calories to maintain and build muscle it is working:woot:
