Iamndeman, did you use a realtor when you were house shopping?

Yes. He was a client of the law office he works at. It may sound weird to use one when having a house built, but we had a reason. When we were looking, the housing still hadn't sunk. It was slowing but not stalled yet. So the builders weren't being flexible or bending on their price, because they were getting it. However they were still paying commissions to Realtors who brought people to them. We had already found our lot and knew the home we wanted built and told him we would write him down as our Realtor if he split the commission with us. He said yes to the easy money.

It is past his bedtime do0d.
They built their house from the ground up.

Still used one technically.

I haven't been up to too much, just finished some xmas shopping and layed a few coats of primer on the box, I hate being a perfectionist it's going to take forever to get it looking good to me.

What have you been up to?
