i hope ur threads don't get deleted from here, they are very interestingSorry if you had to decipher. But with what you said, i'd say stay close by with the family and friends. Sounds like the best plan for you. But if I may ask, why did you want to move anyways? To be closer to work im guessing?
haha ok, but i'll try to make my post's easier to read. but which would be cheaper ya think? are you getting a good price for a house you like near work? and if you buy a house alot of people wanna live there for a long time, you plan on staying with that job for a long time? just putting some thoughts out there yanoI was just joking around //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
If I move out in the bigger house, I will be closer to work.
The closer to family = high cost and further drive
The closer to work = lower cost and shorter drive
Here is one I am going to look at one the way home:

It's about 45 miles from home.
haha, but yeah a room mate probly would make it crunker, as long as he crunk, but then again he wouldnt move because the town isnt crunk either. hahaI am going to tell that to my office friend.
"I am not going to move here because your town is definetly not crunk"
lol
A roommate would be very helpful
yeah....sure.....I cant believe that you are up.
I'm definately not a baller. That was sarcasm. But, to prove my blackness. Spokes are goin on the ranger.
I would definitely move the the further away house close to work. For the same type of house, the homes closer to work are aprox $20k less.
The town has a negative growth rate, so retail infrastructure is weak. No one builds because no one wants to live there because nothing is there.
Plan to stay here at least 5 to 8 more years.
