Sorry if you had to decipher. But with what you said, i'd say stay close by with the family and friends. Sounds like the best plan for you. But if I may ask, why did you want to move anyways? To be closer to work im guessing?

If I move out in the bigger house, I will be closer to work.

The closer to family = high cost and further drive

The closer to work = lower cost and shorter drive

haha ok, but i'll try to make my post's easier to read. but which would be cheaper ya think? are you getting a good price for a house you like near work? and if you buy a house alot of people wanna live there for a long time, you plan on staying with that job for a long time? just putting some thoughts out there yano

For the same type of house, the homes closer to work are aprox $20k less.
The town has a negative growth rate, so retail infrastructure is weak. No one builds because no one wants to live there because nothing is there.

Plan to stay here at least 5 to 8 more years.

I would definitely move the the further away house close to work.

But 45-50 miles for me wouldn't be a big deal either. Gossamer's pretty light on the fuel, thankfully.

well im not really a country fan, but me n dawson n rancy here it alot around my moms crib when we keepin it crunk there....although i did listen to it at one point in my life, i dont listen to it anymore other then when i hear someone else listening to it....sorry for searching google for songs for the poster of that thread....
