I just got home from a night of hanging with my friends, my boy Brandon just got his license on monday and tonight his mom let him borrow her 2002 neon so we could hang out. We had been planning on this night so we could go traying.

So my friend matt ran into mickeyD's a few towns over and grabbed a stack of dirty trays from the top of the trashcan and hightailed it back to the car and we took off, smoked the tires out of the parking lot. We went to a development a couple minutes away because it has windy roads and a slow speed limit and seems pretty chill from cops.

So we were traying for about an hour having a great time, no one was out on the roads and we burned through a few trays, we were on the last two. So Brandon goes all out with them, and gets it up to about 40 down the straightaway before the corner, then the worst thing happens, we come around the corner sideways and some old guy was walking his dog (one of those black ones with the beards), then the idiot ****in dog tried to run in front of us and the guy pulls on the leash and the dog stands on on his back paws, Brandon freaks out and cuts the wheel to the side but the assend had no traction because of the trays and the back passenger side ends up smacking the dog like a baseball off a Tee.

we just took off and brandon was like craying because when we hit the dog it ended up going under the back wheel and the car like did a jump off it and we found blood and hair all over the car. the old man also fell down when the leash got yanked away from him but I don't think he was hit which was our main concern.

anyway, what kind of legal trouble could he be looking at or this? i doubt they could EVER catch us, but if they did, what could happen? it would **** if he lost his license.

I thought you were in your middle twenties Dev? It would probably be considered something along the lines of hit and run, animal cruelty, and/or wreckless driving. Most of it would probably depend on whether or not the man presses charges. And just to put it out there, I'm not a lawyer and this is just my best guess with my limited knowledge on the subject.
