yeah man I thought it was a pretty sweet movie. Didn't really care for Russell Crowe's acting but I thought Denzel Washington did an awesome job.you liked it?
I tend not to talk about it much on here, but to sum it up my dad's a drunk abusive fuck and is turning my brother the same way, he gets my brother drunk about every other night. When me and my mom first moved to Arkansas my brother and dad stayed behind until the house sold, while they were there I found out from my best friend how lived across the street that they were throwing parties at the house at least twice a week. My cousin went there to visit thinking I was still there and both my dad and my brother were drunk out of their mind's according to them. And my brother went to go out to the garage to smoke pot with his friends and tried to convince my cousin to go out there with them. I find it sickening how irresponsible he is and how he is leading my brother down a bad path. My brother used to look up to me when my dad wasn't around and now he's turning into a complete prick like him.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif That's just some of it don't feel like typing it all out right now, it's upsetting my to think of the stuff.if you have family problems you don't talk about them much.
Aggravated assault?just a hypothetical question, say you beat the sh1t out of someone .......what's the WORST punishment you can get.
It really depends on how far it is taken, I mean if you just mess him up but nothing serious it shouldn't be that bad. If he winds up in the hospital I could see aggravated assault charges even without a weapon. And if it's really bad attempted murder. So I advise you just prove your point and don't try to beat the guy into a pulp.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gifAggravated assault?
But I think you have to of used a weapon for that...
I think I found the answer?
But I think you have to of used a weapon for that...
I'm pretty sure that is at the minimum, I mean if you put someone in the hospital chances are it's not going to be a battery charge.I think I found the answer
If the victim has been actually touched by the person committing the crime, then battery has occurred. If the victim has not actually been touched, but only threatened, then the crime is considered to be assault.
