what is this powder room you speak of, and where in my house should I look for it.

powder rooms are bathrooms in the main living area (ie: not near the bedrooms usually).

most often found near the foyeurs, living rooms, kitchen areas, offices, etc. and they are usually refered to as 1/2 baths, meaning there is usually not a shower or bath tub. just a toilet and a sink fixture. that is not to say that there cannot be a shower in your powder room, but by definition, there should not be.

Yes you should try. Lot of money in it. Aside from working for someone, you can also do sidework.

You may have to find your own work though, thats the only thing. Around here thats how it went, well, at least in the city.
