I told him to get some germs instead....although i doubt he ever buys anything. People saying "$700,1000,etc to spend" usually don't buy I wouldn't think. I would think it's more like people like me to wants to spend $200...and think, "Why not" when opting for something that runs $250.

Because I can't control it...and it's pointless using the profi crossover (between midrange and tweeter) because it crosses so low.
I am thinking if I found something like the CDT that crossed at 4.3, I might should reinvestigate. From your tone, it seems as it's not unheard of.

That would also require me to buy a crossover or this HU I have been really really wanting....I noticed it's slowly dropping in price to where I can afford it.
