I can't stand ATT...

I ordered a replacement phone on Saturday, A refurbed LG VU for $29.99 and got an order confirmation and everything. I go to check the order today thinking it should be here by tomorrow, and it says invalid order.

So, after being on the phone with them for an hour, and being transferred about 3 times... I come to some ******* that says my order had been cancelled and I need to go to a retail store with 2 forms of ID and do my upgrade there.

Of course, the store doesn't have refurbs... and they new price on the VU is $300... eff that...

I want to kill them... they probably cancelled it b/c they ran out... or they put the wrong price up. They didn't even give me a reason.
