I was out of the 30day period from the Apple store to warranty. I sent vmoda an email explaingin the problems i had with them. The sent me a ticket number and a pdf form to fill out when shippin the defective headphones back. I shipped it 2 thursdays ago Priority and got my new set on Monday of this week, not bad. 3 days to ship, 1 day to process and ship new set(completely new in box with new accessories) headphones 4 days later I am a happy camper.
even if i had taken them back in the 30days id be in the same situation. That design had a flaw in the connector, it would only fail again. This new design was just released, official release is October, but they were already shipping them in the last half of September. The left ear bud started to go quieter then the right side finally gave out(all because of the connector).
