I'd be a little more let down if it was during like our lunch rush, and it was like a huge order like $200. On those I usually box them all up, right the person's names/entree on each box, and take it out to them (curbside to-go)...

But those are usually Doctor's or Drug Reps... so they hook it up.

yeah, if i made an order like that i would tip, and usually on the curbside deal i will toss them a dollar. but on a typical to go, i dont tip. i feel bad about it sometimes, but i feel like a tip is deserved when im being served.
