He might fight him if they were drunk in a bar...

But to actually go through the trouble of tracking him down, starting an altercation, beating him up, going to court, going to jail, hiring a bailbondman...I don't think so.

If he does...that's really sad. I mean I would write a sympathy card to his mother.

I know I would pursue charges, both civil and criminal. Whether I'd actually get any money out of him...who knows, but he'd be wasting his time in court when he probably has a job. Nathan, on the other hand, has no job....and it will give him something to do.
