you could never be so wring... a 1/2 bath is not a powder room... and yes, a bathroom in the living area IS called a powder room. and you dont have two powder rooms, you might have a powder room and a half bath (why on earth you would have a second half bath is beyond me... your home must have been built/designed by a retard) but its pretty redundant to have a second 1/2 bath only because it HAS to be near the bed room areas of the house... unless its in a detatched garage or out building.

if you dont know what a powder room is, i dont think youre qualified...
