Power supply dead?

Who knows. I need to take it apart. It's a custom built one, built on an MSI barebones system...

I tried both batteries, tried plugged into the wall w/o a battery and still nothing. I'm picking up the paper work from my parent's house soon... and gonna take it apart. Hopefully it's something simple....
