Well, reconstructed my entertainment center today.

-Pair of Ascendant TM's for front mains. (Other one is drying)

-Pair of Ascendant poly's w/ Vifa DSC2605n Tweeters for Surrounds

-Pair CSS FR125's for center channel (In new cabinet)

-SoundSplinter Rl-i 12 + Bash 500watt digital plate amp + 3cubes @22hz (Done, and setup! May switch to my extra single SSD10)

Should be a hell of a setup for under $800 all speakers/subs/amp/receiver included. Already sounds GREAT and gets LOUD and CLEAN. Can't wait till I have it completed.

only thing i'd suggest would be the fan/stand for the 360. the woman didnt like me saving your cell # in her phone so she deleted it last night. lol ohh and i love how the top shelf is bowing

Indeed. I didn't know my roommate's before I moved in, and I was the last one to sign my lease and move in... so it was in here when I came. He said some lady was throwing it out, and he got it for like $10.

I reinforce it vertically with some 2x2's (you can see behind the TV), and used a 2x3 from the top left corner to the bottom right corner diagonally on the rear behind it. It was bowing real bad before, and whenever someone touched it... we thought it was gonna fall. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

So, yes... it is the ghetto-s. But at least it is structurally solid now. It'll do for what we need... screw spending a few hundred dollars on a new large one.
