What no one knows anything about Crunch amps. Throw me a bone here. A neighbor has a 250.2 for $50.00 is it work it?

What no one knows anything about Crunch amps. Throw me a bone here. A neighbor has a 250.2 for $50.00 is it work it?

I know they are the budget brand for Maxxsonics (who also owns HiFonics, MB Quart, and Autotek most recently)
Everyone I have ever known that bought one (no one locally but pawn shops sell the stuff) has had reliability issues with it.

Having said that I have never personally used a Crunch product so I cannot speak with any degree of certainty. Try out the neighbor's amp and see if it works. If it does and sounds at least half decent on whatever speakers you test on it then likely it is worth the $50 your neighbor is asking. I guess?
