Yea......ive seen vids...Whats a neo motor? and how do u think they get away with using a SMALL motor? Because its very strong? neo? I'm not too splish..at all. I just a thumpin system also...My idmax is cool but i want a nice strong boom aswell.. I wouldn't do 2kw probly btw.. more like 1K-1.5k..maybe 800W...

This is a big boy toy. it would sound awesome with 1000w going to it. the Neo motor is a super strong magnet. much stronger than the standard ones, hence the reason this can only weigh 17 lbs instead of 50 lbs. I hope that helps

It gets loud and sounds awesome doing it! I have had ~15 of these and they are very accurate. If SPL is your main concern and you are consistantly going to put 2kw+ on it I would chose another sub, as the UL12 are $1200 to recone. A buddy of mine did 155 db with 2 UL12 and 4500watts. They are awesome subs. The management that took over after the origional owner is what is wrong with Critical Mass. The UL12 is everything it is said to be.

Yeah i would think 1000-1500 clean power daily, and this thing would eat it up. Love every second of it! ha ha. $1200 dollar recone is stout!!! lol

They will take the power, I put everything a SAZ 3000d had to one for a bit and it took it for a while then the smell of death started. they will take 5000 burps, and 2500 daily, however with the piss poor management of the company, I would keep it to 1000-1200watts just to be safe. there are very few subs that sound this good, and get loud. this gets loud on 1000watts

I meant stout as in stupid high!! I know they will take the power. I just don't know how great they sound because i've never heard them! Hopefully this thing will sell soon!

it is 9-10.

as for how long to a recond, if you put 4kw to it, 10-15min

if you use it as a loud sq sub with a good box and 1000-1500 good clean watts 10 years.

I will tell you this, that I am not a typically a SPL guy, I like it loud and clear, I have never put out numbers above the mid 150's, I also have in well over 20 years only killed 4 or 5 subs. Subs can last years and years.
