Craigslist special...

they do that to atract the intro people(noobs). They buy that shit up all the time. Its actually a decently planned "scam". The noob buys the product and dude makes like 2000-2500 profit.
Simply asking for double what the item(s) could be purchased for new, and hoping an idiot will come along to buy it that wont check out new prices... isn't really a scam. And I dont see how its decently planned.
The check reversal after someone picks up your item is a well planned scam. This is just someone asking way too much money for some mediocre stuff.

well heres the kids respone finally

you would get prices like that from the auction for fake *** shit but not the real deal. im pretty sure i know what im talking about and the price that i put up is lower than what my buddies that work at shops told me to sell the whole setup for so you are getting a kick *** deal for all the real shit. for 1500 id sell the subs and box and thats it...

is all your stuff made with platinum or something????

your price is WAY high even if it was new.

BRAND NEW PRICES

subs $450 each

amps $550 each

1800 - $160

2400 - $230

the subs and amps can be found cheaper than those prices. those are just typical prices for them

used ask 1500 or so for everything and you may get it

heres my response if anyone cares

ive competed in USACi for years along with working in car audio shops myself. so i would say i have a pretty damn good idea of what things sell for and what people are really willing to pay.

the prices i sent you are what you can get the stuff for from Circuit City, Best Buy, and actual car audio shops.

auction prices you wouldnt see more than 1000 for everything total.

maybe i should list my subs that retail for $2999 for 2000 each.

id never get it since nobody pays retail. for what im running right now the subs sell used around 500-700 each. they can be found new for around 900.

hell i sold my digital designs 99z10 for $1200 when it retails for over $3400.

theres a chance you will find some dumb *** kid that doesnt know any better to buy your stuff. if anyone offers you half your asking price you should jump on it.

The sad thing is he probably doesn't even know what a 99Z10 is.. His Rockford stuff is the real deal.. Not bad stuff but someone stupid would probably pay $4000 for all his shiet.. I bet he did himself.. LOL!!

dude you're nuts circuit city sells mtx audio, kicker, and sony they dont sell any RF. best buy used to but stopped selling RF and i have friends that work at audio shops and i know managers at audio shops personally and they all tell me im nuts for selling everything for so cheap. your DD 10 inch little baby sub is not no 3000 retail because the loudest hardest hitting sub on the market right now is the pioneer championship spl 15" subwoofer which handles 8000 watts and only retails for 1500. and you expect me to sell everything for 1500... must be something wrong in your head about audio stuff.

Hmm, the amps from Sonic Electronix go for about 580 each with warranty; The subs go for 480 each with warranty; I can get the battery for around $250 shipped, and wiring kit will be about $200 for two 1/0 runs. If my math is correct, I can get ALL NEW STUFF with warranties for $2,570 and it is the REAL DEAL.

I guess my $450 25 to Life Power 1,000 is some fake *** shιt because I got it online instead of getting ***** by the local retailers?

ETA: Yes that would leave me with a box to build, but my uncle is a contractor and I would just go to his shop and use his brand new panel saw! I wish he would have had it 3 weeks ago before I paid someone to build me a box.

ETA2: I missed the second battery, but my wiring is over priced so it would still come close to balancing out!
