Could any1 PLEASE help with a Kicker kx200.2?¿?

I picked up this amp for $16.00 s "not working". The amp does not power on. I took the cover off and quickly examined the board. nothing seems visibly burnt. I especially looked over the parts conected to the power & remote & ground inputs & where the fuse goes goes, Both on top of the board & underneath. Every think looks pretty clean visually Both outside and internally.

Does any one know what common problem is when an amp won't power on? Or is there a free on-line guid somewhere to amp repair? I tried to google amp repair, but most results were guitar amps, Or schools that charge you. Would a picture help if I posted on? Any help is grately appreciated. & Thank You in advance~ Dave
