Personally I think cop's are a little unbalanced in the first place to actually want a job where they get treated shitty and have to dodge bullets. But thats just me.

Yes, but not all people are entrusted with the authority that we give cops. Anytime a cop abuses that authority it is a subject worthy of discussion. Unless this information reaches the public there is very little chance for change.

The main question is why. I've seen some guys that fight back, talk shit, spit on the cops, etc...And then I could see the cops doing something like that to someone like that. But this guy was complaining, but complying. I think they were just doing it because he's black, and that's fugged.

Could be that the cop has dealt with this guy before... could be planned ahead.... Cop could not like the guy..
