converting DVD's from PAL to NTSC

i have a grip of foreign hip hop dvd's in image form, all of them are PAL, they play fine in m player, but my cousin wants them and doesn't was to buy a different player...what do you guys use to convert formats? i have done it before several different ways, but its always been a hassle...

Only read the section for Nero Vision. It's not the best way, but so far the easiest I have found.

I bought a $30 DVD player (magnavox) and it plays them all.

I've found that the cheapest DVD players dont have regional restrictions.

you have to read everything...i said, MINE PLAYS THEM FINE, BUT MY COUSIN WANTS THEM AND DOESNT WANT TO BUY ANOTHER PLAYER...

im aware of the low budget dvd players and their ability to play region free...
