cone noise on re sx..

will that require a whole new recone or is it something i can fix?!
No, no recone needed.

Pick up some glue called goop at a place like Lowe's or Home Depot...

Take a thin sharp knife, and carefully run it around the dustcap (the part you see... the entire "cone" is really the dustcap). Take it off, and carefully glue back the former cap... make sure you don't get any glue in the gap. Then apply a thin ring around the dustcap... use a loop of tape around your fingers and stick it to the dustcap and gently lower it into place. Apply a little pressure, and put a small weight on the center and let dry overnight.

Done.

cool thanks for all the replies guys good to hear its nothing very serious i will definitly get it fix tho ..if i had a car it would be a different story but i cant take that noise anymore lol!
