Cone area vs total rms

This is probably a noob question but how is a setups total cone area vs a setups total rms compare... . Based on the chart below which shows different setups and their total cone area. When it comes down to it whether its 15's or 8's the total amount of area can be equal but will the outcome be the same and how does the total rms affect the outcome also. A setup with lower cone area and more rms how would it compare to a setup with more cone area and less total rms.

One 8" = 50.27

One 10" = 78.54

One 12" = 113.1

One 15" = 176.71

One 18" = 254.47

Two 8" = 100.53

Two 10" = 157.08

Two 12" = 226.19

There are WAY more factors than cone area and power.

Like whether or not it has a funky pup dustcap!
