Put it this way( and Im doing this from memory from years ago, when we still did things in kbytes).1 bit or byte is 1 letter or number or symbol of any kind. 1000 bytes makes a kbyte. 1000kbyte makes a megabyte. 1000 megabytes make a gigabyte. To put it this way- Go to your my computer, click your drive ( prolly c: ), then right click on your windows directory. You should see a window pop up, and the size of the file keeps going up. Mine stopped at 17.8 GB, I have vista 32, which is very similar to windows 7. That is just the windows directory, there is much more than that to your OS.</blockquote>
