Have I caught a virus or something. Starting yesterday about 2 pm, I have been receiving TONS of emails about Undeliverable mail, mailer failure notice, mail delivery system, all crap like that. Im talking 30-50 emails per hour. I am constantly deleting these things.

What have I dont to start this off of the sudden, and how do I fix it?

Here is a screen shot of some of them. Dont know if its going to be be enough to see or not though.

can be tracking cookies. spyware or many other things best thing to do is get a good antispyware and antivirus setup.

like nod32 or kapersky for antivirus. panda is also decent.

run msconfig go to startup disable everything in startup, then download and install AVG 8.0, Windows Defender, and Adawre SE. Let all 3 scans run and delete anything and everything that pops up. Delete your browsing history cookies temp files C:/windows/temp then go through add or remove programs and get rid of stuff that you dont think you need or have even put on there or dont use at all. sometimes shit gets installed when you visit certain sites and you dont know it. it sucks when your computer is trying to send 12000 emails and your isp blocks you from there network for 6 hours. try that and if it still dont work try using your email somewhere else, on another computer, or through a web mail or try setting up microsoft outlook or outlook express

AVG 8.0

Adaware SE

but before you install any of that. Click Start select Run, or if you dont have Run in your start menu hold down the windows key inbetween your CTRL and ALT on the left side and hit R while holding down the windows key then type in msconfig in the box. Click on the startup up tab to the top right, then select disable all, hit apply, hit close, and restart your computer. then install the 3 things i linked too update them and run the full system scans.

why pay for shit? this stuff is free, updates itself every day, runs in the background and picks up and deletes more shit than anything out there. it barely uses any system resources as well.
