computer for sale(parts)

hewlett packard-pavilion XE783 for parts only. had it for about 2 months, got it from a friend. when turned, it only wants to run in safe mode and when it gets to the main page a sign pops up saying i need to restart computer or something...just looking for 50+shipping.

Why no reload windows? Also some spec will help you sell it. Most people do not want to go hunting down a model number.
