Compustar: 2WSS-AS vs 2W900FM-AS

I'm confused about which one is the better one. On their website the 2WSS-AS is on top and has better range, but the 2W900FM-AS has less range, but newer. Anyone know?

the 2WSS-AS is the top of the line. Is uses the spectrum technology or whatever, you can read about it on their site im sure. I own the 2W900FM-AS and its awesome.
