I was always a fan of laid back tweeters, but over the last 8-10 years I've moved towards horns and metal domes. I've never had any sibilance with the Klipschs, and in the car taming down 12.5Khz usually cures that on most tweeters. I don't like overly bright, but do enjoy some good top end sparkle. I listen to a lot of 80's metal, so crashing cymbals need to have some impact.I mainly run active so I can choose whatever drivers I want. I used to mess with TA a lot more, but that never impressed me as much as the sound coming out of the speakers or the actual song.</blockquote>
