Yeah.. it really is. EDIT: kicker - yeah.. look at the pic of the engine . I got the whoooole package w/taht car.. You actually have to take the entire back seat out to get to the 6x9s... which is what I was trying to express in my arguments over rear fill. People told me that it was stupid to get rear fill because if I got a sub, it would destroy the cones of my 6x9s. The 6x9s are actually separated by 2 layers of insulation and 2 layers of metal. No way in hell that the sound waves from the sub is going to hurt those cones. Plus, it makes for nice fill while I am still sub-LESS But yeah.. I do appreciate the support though. I know it's taking forever and doesn't look that good (Even though I am cleaning it up), but this *IS* my first time, and treps are NOT the easiest cars to work on :/. Before this, my previous car audio experience included replacing all the speakers in my '86 olds cutlass ciera. For the front ones I popped off a panel on top the dash, unscrewed the speaker, disconnected the wires, hooked the new one up, and screwed/popped everything into place. For the back ones, I went inside the trunk, unhinged the basket holding them in, disconnected the wires, connected the new ones, and put the basket back into place. This project is NOTHING like that in ANY way, shape, or form!!!
