Comparable to older Image Dynamics Ctx65cs

I used to have a set of Image Dynamics Ctx65cs about 3 years ago and i really liked them , Midbass and tweeter wasnt to harsh for me . Since i sold the truck awhile back , iam looking for something similar / comparable to them . I might go with the ID's again but would like to stay under $200.00 . Any suggestions on what others are comparable or should i go with the ID ctx65cs again ? My amp is 75 x 2 @ 4ohm

From CDT you're looking at CL-61 or MX-6CV. I haven't heard the sets you listed, but I would expect all of them to sound good when installed and tuned well. Are you going to buy locally or online?

I will check local , but have a feeling i'll end up buying online. Selection seems slim around me .

There are no CDT dealers in FL, so you will not be able to hear any of those systems unless you happen to find a local CDT user to demo their vehicle. Many of my CDT customers trying the brand for the first time are buying on reputation alone.

locally i was able to hear the polk db6501 , they sounded decent , yet the local shops want to push $ 300 to $ 400 sets the whole time i was there . I still have yet to decide . Image Dynamics Ctx65cs is an older set and as much as i liked that set when i used them before , iam thinking theres something better for alittle under the price of them . Iam leaning towards the RE Audio SR-6.5C or RE Audio RE-6.5C .

Ebay and Amazon for the win. I usually look at Crutchfield to see what item I like then I go to Ebay or Amazon and find the lowest price. The 693.11i's go for $249 on Crutchfield and 140 on ebay and amazon and $199 on Soniclectronix..
