To see, or not to see?

He will be on campus tonight at 8:00 and I got a ticket for it. Ticket was free, just had to pick it up. Only reason I got it was because one teacher is offering bonus points if we attend. I can pull out an easy A in this anyways, so I am debating whether to go or not. If I don't go, I will just sit at home and study or be on the forums.

I am hoping if I get in class early I can just tear the ticket where others had them torn and say I went and still get my bonus points.

All I know is he will be the first famous person I have a chance to see speak, and I could really give a fk less.

I know this is a stupid, worthless thread, but with the influx of them lately I decided to throw mine in.

I went and saw him. best speaker I have ever saw, of course I haven't seen that money.

Amazing to me how he can stand up there and talk for an hour straight..Remember all what to say...And then answer questions thoroughly and understandingly afterwards.

He cracked some funny jokes too.

I had some ragheads sitting in front of me. They clapped at everything everyone else clapped at..UNTIL...Powell mentioned something about arabs hiding in a cave in Pakistan..Of course all of us Americans cheered loudly...I noticed those ragheads didn't clap. haha

True story, my older brother went to this city college near us and this guy was at his school asking people if they were registered to vote and handing out bumper stickers and buttons and shit.... And who do you think that guy was????? That's right Emilio Estevez.... The Mighty Duck man himself. And my brother was like Emiliooooooooooooooooooo.........lol.

Naw seriously it was Obama. And my brother pretty much blew him off. This was when he was running for illinois senate.
