If you think the law doesn't save lives... well, nothing I can say will make you grow up enough to believe otherwise.
I doubt you have ever seen a country or place that is lawless, or what it is like there.

i dont think its the issue of whether the law saves lives. its an issue of its not the governments job to protect me from myself. if that were the case i wouldnt be able like i said before to eat fatty foods, play contact sports, smoke, drink, or anything else that is fun.

when i see a story that says someone flew out of their car and hit someone else and killed them ill believe its about saving lives. its about money!!!!

well thats a helmet .. but obviously that not going to help any if u go into a concrete wall .. but its a stupid law .. IMO .. they could be using the resources better .. like if a cop is stopping a person for not wearing a seatbelt .. he could be somewhere else arresting someone for theft or something ... why waste peoples time and money just for a seatbelt ..

legalizing drugs would do the same thing as making wearing a seatbelt a ticketable offence..increases revenue..and thats it.

to get back on topic, since you are *****ing it's all about money, what about the poor family who doesn't wear a belt and is rushed to a hospital with severe injuries that could've been avoided if they wore their seatbelt? guess who pays for their care

Do a little research on statistics, and see what you come up with. We all take a risks when we go out to drive. The fact still remains, if i am going to be in MORE of a risk by choosing option B, then option A wins by default.
