Clear Coat for Birch box.

Got a nice box, birch sanded down real smooth and nice. looking to put a clear coat of laquer on it just to give it some shine and protect it from scuffs etc. what method would you guys use and also what laquer? @JayDubb757 ; @double 07 ;

I use a HVLP paint sprayer, and M.L. Campbell Magnaklear lacquer.

Hand sand with a 220 grit sponge in between coats.

brush or spray on polyurethane, sand and polish...

Lots of choices for wood finishes - from Minwax urethane put on with a foam brush to automotive clearcoat and a spray gun. Depends on what you're after.
