So, I'm in the middle of a job transition, but I've sort of held back some of the stuff I've been not wanting to get rid of for that elusive "next" car (or for souping up the wife's car). But I've scaled back the plans for the next car (and by the time I get it, some of the stuff I've got might not be the greatest thing anyway) so it's time to unload a few of the gems I was saving for a rainy day. And the idea of putting 1800 watts in the wife's car just seemed pretty crazy at this point, so I'm skipping that too.

Rockford Power 1000 25 to Life. BNIB

When I first saw these announced a few years back, I was blown away with how they looked and was determined to get one. Well, I got a really nice deal on some other stuff so this one was relegated to the rafters of my garage. I'm asking $375 plus shipping. I know, there was people that paid less, but its' a pretty good price once you consider people in Washington paid sales tax when buying from CarDomain. Only thing is, it's missing the included screwdriver (gave it to someone who had done me a favor). Still wrapped up in factory box, and factory beauty box with factory outer box.

Kenwood KAC-X4R.

This is Kenwood's answer to the PDX line of amplifiers. This thing is brand new in the box, never been even pulled out (well, until I take pictures). They are very compact, very stong but with DSP processing to boot. (which the PDXs do not have). Lots of info on the Kenwood page. 4 x 100. Asking $215, but want to sell together as a package with the KAC-X1R.

Here is link to the Kenwood site for the KAC-X4R, you can fish around for the owners manual there too. It's pretty bad ***.

Kenwood KAC-X1R

Kenwood's top of the line amp, 1200 x 1 mono amp. Same size as the KAC-X4R, a good combination for someone looking for a compact system with tons of power (these should fit under two front seats). Brand new in the box as well. Bought this directly from Kenwood, wasn't planning on having to look for work for so long. Asking $215 for this one.

Or Crutchfield (who sells these for $500)

Kenwood KOS-V1000

I bought these because I had planned on getting a Subaru with the funky integrated radio and a map pocket above the center radio/climate control stack. With the monitor below, its very similar to a DDX-8019 as far as functionality (except for the DVD player). Great for a hot rod or some of the newer cars, or for that special project. Requires either a touch screen (like the one below) or an adapter to convert it its output (some guys have pumped the signal from this bad boy into an OEM system, but others have figurerd out its just as much work to pump the OEM signal into the KOS-V1000 and the monitor below and not lose the touchscreen capabilities. Brand new in box. More info below. This thing won a number of awards (Innovations awards I think at CES as well as a Popular Mechanics editors award). Retails for $700. Lowest price I've seen on this is right around $500 just for this, asking $650 for the package (with the screen below).

Kenwood KOS-L702

The touch screen to go with the KOS-V1000. Basically the display off a DDX-8109 (7" diagonally). Retail is $500 on this bad boy. Brand new in the box as well.

Dual Double DIN Radio

Clarion Single DIN slide out monitor VRX-775VD

Brand new in the box as well. Before I got a Kenwood, this was the unit I was going to run in my own car. Brand new in the box. Asking $400 for this one. Tons of specs here.:

Dual XDVD8285

I know what some of your guys are going to say, "Dual is junk". Well, the latest generation of stuff they have isn't junk. They used to make the stuff themselves and got a deal with another supplier who could do a better job (who supplies some of the other big time guys out there from Japan) you might have heard of. This is a double DIN unit that Crutchfield carries alongside Alpine, Kenwood Excelon, and Eclipse (not saying they are in the same league but the stuff is pretty **** solid for someone like that to carry it). They sell this same unit for $699 and lowest price you see on Amazon or some of the shopping portals is closer to $580. I'm asking $400 and the unit is was pulled out to demo it on the test bench and that was it. For the money, it's a pretty **** good DD receiver (It will take DVDs ripped with MP3s, it has a included Ipod adaptor, has bluetooth cell phone capability built in, built in Dolby Digital and Prologic Decoder, built in 5 channel amp to do a front and rear with a center channel, set up to do dual zone, rear camera input and more (more details here at Crutchfield's website)

Streetwires FBXS0024

I got these to review back when I was working at Cardomain. This thing takes one up to 3 1/0 wires (or you can use it to wire up a cap, or just use 1 if you want), and take either 1, 2, 3 or 4 AFS, Mini KF, Mini ANL, MIDI, whatever you want to call it. I didn't use it (just messed around with it to see how it works, how well put together it is, etc.). The cover shows some very minor wear that plastic polish could easily make go away (for some reason, Mitek doesn't put a sheet of plastic on the cover to keep it from getting scratched up). Still have the original packaging.

More pictures available upon request (in the process of, just tied up with other stuff). Prefer a postal money order first, paypal second (you pay the fees). Shipping isn't included in the pricing, shipping from 98126 so factor that into any sort of offer. Don't really do "dibs", if you send me an email or PM and I respond and I don't here back within 24 hours, I'll move onto the next person (if any).
